I have completed advance specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples. I am currently working towards certification for EFCT.

I help couples deepen their self-awareness and enhance understanding of their partners. Through navigating the complexities of your connection and attachment, we will make sense of the emotions and behaviors shaping your relationship. 

All relationships are unique. I work with couples and partnerships that can look many different ways.
